A Sylt lifestyle meets contemporary wine and enjoyment culture: that’s Wilhelms Deli & Wein in Westerland. As an offshoot of the “Gut Wilhelmsberg” winery in Franken, which we also designed, it is a modern wine bistro that offers not only its own growths but also a selected range of German winegrowers’ wines. Here, we have transferred the design and aesthetics of Gut Wilhelmsberg into an exclusive urban gastronomy that provides the perfect space for the brand and the wines to flourish.
