Through workshops and targeted coaching, Lift uses individual personality analyses to define the strengths and potential of career starters and uses them to develop their individual skills and professional focus. Companies can access these analyses to specifically find new talent and optimally match them with the appropriate position. In close cooperation with the start-up founders, Format Design developed the logo and the entire corporate look of the young Hamburg-based company.
